  1. Where is my order dispatched from?
    We serve our UK and EU customers from our North Ireland, UK location while all other International customers are served from our Vancouver, BC or Blaine, WA locations.

  2. When is my order shipped?
    Allow up to two days processing time, depending on the time and day of the week you placed your order. Orders placed outside regular business hours, will be processed the following business day.

  3. How long does it take?
    For most deliveries within UK should receive your order in approximately 1 to 3 business days from dispatch date.
    For the major destinations within the, you can expect delivery within 3 to 10 business days. If you have not received your order within the time frame specified above, please contact us, and we will resolve the matter promptly.

  4. How do I know my order has been dispatched?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification e-mail within one to two days. If you do not receive your dispatch e-mail within 3 business days, please feel to contact us (include order number) and we will advise you of dispatch details.

  5. How much does it cost to ship?
    Delivery costs are automatically calculated during the checkout (order) process and are based on the total value of your order. See Delivery Rates

  6. Who is the carrier?
    Products are shipped by Courier or Royal Mail Postal Services. While we strive to ship using the method specified during your order, we reserve the right to change delivery methods to provide the most economical and efficient service based on the weight of your package and geographical location.

  7. Can I track my order?
    To provide efficient service, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arriving at the regional hub nearest to you, or even once it has been delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your parcel, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

  8. Can I upgrade my delivery?
    Delivery method is specified when you place your order. If you realize you made a mistake or would like to expedite your delivery, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to change the delivery method, when possible.

  9. Can I change my 'ship to' address?
    If you have made a mistake in your ship to address, contact us immediately, and we will make the the appropriate changes to ensure your order is sent to the proper address.

  11. Any duties / brokerage fees?
    For all international orders shipped outside of UK, customs duties and brokerage fees are customer's responsibility as we have no control over and can not predict how much these amounts may be.
