Some good, some bad Review by Bill
Rating The good:
More than one file format
Durable - dropped it while riding and it survived. Was quite impressed.
Says it supports up to 8 gig sdcards, but I have a 16 gig and that works fine.
The bad
AA batteries!?!?!?!? are you kidding me? The ones that came with the unit that were your garden variety cheap alkaline lasted a little more than three minutes. So this unit is useless unless you invest heavily on NiMH rechargeable and a good charger. This brings the price up by a good 50%. Or you can by the top of the line camera non-chargeable lithium.
Over all I do like it. For the price it is a very good entry into this type of camera. (Posted on 15/05/2010)

Good camera for the price Review by Bleman
Rating I bought this camera about a year ago. It has worked well, I use it mostly to film Ski Cross, the footage is pretty good and looks good on the computer. A little shaky but overall not too bad.
Batteries last all day on the ski hill, and the variety of mounts you get with the camera is great.
But the footage is so cool that you get with these cams, its almost worth it to spend the extra money and go HD
A good head cam for those on a budget, but if you can stretch it go HD (Posted on 17/04/2010)

great camera on early review Review by Matt
Rating The only thing that struck me when I opened the box was it was a bit bigger than I thought it would be, but still a very convenient size.
Gave it a few trial runs. So far works great!
Yes the audio is a bit tinny, but that's because of the waterproof mic. I'm going to play with the mic settings once I get it out on the track (kart racing).
Features were easy to navigate through ( I'm a guy.... I don't read instructions ! ) But it is worth downloading the manual from driftinovation.com
I didn't give this 5 stars because I haven't fully tested it yet. Once I've given it the full run, hopefully it will earn its extra star (Posted on 05/03/2010)
